Considered Coffee holds a Business License (schedules 311.00, 347.00, 348.01, and 126.02) and Seller's Permit through the City of Santa Barbara, multiple MFF Health Permits through EHS, County of Santa Barbara, and a RFP license with the California Dept of Public Health. We have a professional working relationship with SBPD. Our founder was asked to review a new city council ordinance for how, when, and where food trucks operate in Santa Barbara.

If you have an issue with Considered Coffee's presence, please go through the proper channels. We ask that you avoid being unkind to our staff, who show up every day eager to serve, or misusing third party review sites. You have a right to an opinion, but disrespect is not a solution we tolerate.
