We serve the Santa Barbara area, and our hours vary. While we love to show up at your favorite strip of sidewalk, we often get booked for private events, which changes our schedule.

We got our start with a custom-outfitted 1965 VW Bus.

At the start of 2025, we retired her from the streets. She took us as far as she could for the first two years of Considered, and now she's oh so content making coffee (and not causing chaos).

Considered Coffee holds a Business License and Seller's Permit through the City of Santa Barbara, and multiple MFF Health Permits through EHS, County of Santa Barbara. We have a professional working relationship with SBPD. Our founder has been asked to contribute to a new city council ordinance for how, when, and where food trucks operate in Santa Barbara.

If you have an issue with Considered Coffee's presence, please go through the proper channels, and avoid being unkind to our staff, who show up every day eager to serve, or misusing third party review sites. Disrespect is not a solution we tolerate.
