STEP 01

We are open to alternate payment structures — such as running a tab up to a certain dollar amount or having some guests pay for their own coffee, while others orders are sponsored or subsidized by the host or setting up a group gift card that many people can contribute to. However, the decision to deviate from the above two options is at Considered's sole discretion, based on the details of the event and the intention behind the request. Please include requests in your inquiry form.

We serve at all kinds of events — weddings, showers, birthday parties, all-hands meetings, galas, open houses, anniversaries, teacher appreciation days, and more — we think any gathering is better with coffee. Don't you agree?

Your service from Considered includes our menu and services only, unless agreed upon by both parties.

We offer a few options to upgrade your service:

We have other local food partners — so if you're looking for something specific, such as cinnamon rolls, breakfast burritos, acai bowls, bread, vegan options, or anything else — include it in your inquiry form, and we'll hire our friends for the perfect pairing.

If you add on food through Considered, we handle ordering, payment, and delivery/setup at your service. We charge a 10% service fee, in addition to the cost of the order.

Complete our inquiry form below to start the booking process.

Bookings are not confirmed on our calendar until you have signed our agreement, and made your first payment. We are unable to hold dates without payment.

We recommend reaching out at least 30 days prior to your event (ideally up to 90 days prior), as our calendar fills up in advance. Inquiries within 7 days of your event are unlikely to be accommodated.

non-profit partnership opportunities

WAIVED BOOKING FEE

Request a waived booking fee. This means we'll show up and serve your guests free of charge (to you). They'll simply pay for their drinks.

% DONATED

We're open to donating a % of net sales (after sales tax, gratuity, and processing fees) to the organization.

CUSTOM MENU ITEM

We'll work with you to create a custom menu item in honor of your cause. We can donate a % of sales from that menu item back to your org.

Considered Coffee holds a Business License and Seller's Permit through the City of Santa Barbara, and multiple MFF Health Permits through EHS, County of Santa Barbara. We have a professional working relationship with SBPD. Our founder has been asked to contribute to a new city council ordinance for how, when, and where food trucks operate in Santa Barbara.

If you have an issue with Considered Coffee's presence, please go through the proper channels, and avoid being unkind to our staff, who show up every day eager to serve, or misusing third party review sites. Disrespect is not a solution we tolerate.
